Shipping policy

While most of our products are digital and are therefore sent immediately.  On occasions, we will send a physical product.  

Within the UK, your order will be dispatched by first-class recorded delivery using the UK Postal System. These will be tracked and require a signature.  

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. All physical despatches will be sent by International Recorded Delivery via the UK Post Office. These will require a signature. 

In the event of a non-delivery, we will investigate and if no signature has been received, we will refund your purchase in full. Please note that International Recorded Delivery also requires investigation for the USPS, for example. Therefore, we ask that you allow us up to 60 days to respond, so we can hear back from the postal service in the delivering country.

Once delivery has not been confirmed, a full refund will be issued within 3 working days. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not dispatch physical goods to the EU.
