For Corporate Clients:
We provide product and service development for our larger clients and are willing to work with those who prefer their standard agreements over our default ones, as long as a mutually agreed-upon contract takes precedence.
After discussions and reaching a mutual agreement, the client will draft a project agreement or, in the case of multiple projects, a separate agreement for each. Should the client not provide a written agreement, all work will default to being conducted under our standard terms and conditions.
Specifically, all Intellectual Property rights shall remain with Healthy Audio Limited.
Healthy Audio Limited maintains all copyright, including the structure, sequencing, and all aspects of recordings and documentation.

Terms of Service Agreement
1. Introduction
Welcome to Healthy Audio Hypnosis (HAH), the website of Healthy Audio Ltd (HAL), provider of digital services and products. . This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of our services and products.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
3. Description of Services
We provide a range of digital products and services tailored for corporate customers, designed to meet your business needs.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Ownership
The creator of the products retains all intellectual property rights to their work. Unless signed and agreed between two parties, you the customer have no claims no ownership over the Intellectual Property (IP) of the products provided.
5 Licensing
Healthy Audio Limited grants corporate customers a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products within their organization.
5.1 User Content
Users may provide content or feedback, which Healthy Audio Limited may use to improve services, under the terms of this Agreement.
6. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a subscription basis, and payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
Healthy Audio Limited provides services "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
Healthy Audio Limited's liability shall be limited for the first 6 months to the amount paid by the customer for the services. Thereafter, This limited liability will reduce pro rata per month per module for the remaining 6 months. This liability will expire 12 months after completion date.
10. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration.
13. Amendments
Healthy Audio Limited reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.
