Although Michael is known for his work in IBS, Emotional Recovery after cancer, and his end-of-life recordings, an Initial Zoom Consultation can be about any matter impacting your life.

Michael brings over 40 years of practice experience to your living room! In that time, Michael has worked with a wide range of problems of mind, body, and emotion—as wide and diverse as we are individuals. 

So whether you need a confidential sounding board, or help with IBS, anxiety or some other need, think about having a chat. Online therapist services are confidential, easy to arrange and accessible all from the comfort of your own home.

One of the great things about our online therapist services is that they are available to you, whether you are in London, Lisbon, New York, or New Zealand. 

Due to time zone differences outside the UK, we might have to tweak meeting times, but everything is doable. 

So, how do our Online therapist services work?

Once you purchase the Initial Zoom Consultation, you will be sent a link to the Personal History Form for completion.  

This service is a one-off Initial Zoom Consultation session. We don't see the benefit or advantage of changing you for multiple sessions upfront; in fact, we rarely do it, and if we do, we give a discount.  It is more important that this fact-finding/information exchange between us is right for us both.   

If Michael thinks he can, he will tell you. Also, if he doesn't believe he can, he will tell you that, too. 

Being honest from the outset can save you from needless expenditure and disappointment. However, after 40 years, Michael has worked with many people from all walks of life who have found his services useful and encouraging.

After the Initial consultation, you can decide if you want to work with Michael on your problem(s). There is no rush. If you decide not to proceed for any reason, let us know too. 

We will never try to hard sell. If we don't hear from you within 4 weeks of the initial online therapist services meeting, any information we collected during your meeting will be destroyed. 

Any subsequent sessions are discussed over Zoom.

We prefer to use Zoom, but can use WhatsApp if you prefer (WhatsApp is not as stable as Zoom on international calls). Both have end-to-end high-grade encryption. Your information is only kept if we arrange to hold sessions within 28 days. We will not hold any information about you once the session is completed unless you decide to proceed with further sessions.
